cd33bd is an internationally operated online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and related entertainment services to eligible players in Bangladesh and select other jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the cd33bd brand at the domain cd33bd.ws and any sub-domains, mobile applications, or affiliated platforms operated under the same brand.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered accounts or via a prominent notice on the cd33bd homepage. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

To open and use a cd33bd account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or registering with false information.
• You do not have an existing cd33bd account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of cd33bd or any of its affiliated companies.

cd33bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh government. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

We employ automated and manual age verification procedures. Where a minor is found to have registered an account, all funds deposited will be returned to the payment source (minus any withdrawals already processed), and the account will be permanently closed. cd33bd cooperates fully with relevant authorities in such cases.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual — identified by matching name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — cd33bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate bonus-derived winnings.

Account information must be accurate and current at all times. You must notify cd33bd immediately of any change to your name, address, email address, phone number, or payment details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

cd33bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

cd33bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, among other supported methods. Available payment options are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary based on your account status and region.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit flow. cd33bd does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts in good standing may expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers during normal operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

cd33bd reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. cd33bd does not facilitate transfers to third-party accounts or wallets not registered in your name.

Funds deposited into your cd33bd account are held for gaming purposes only. cd33bd does not pay interest on account balances. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as permitted by applicable law, following written notice to the registered email address.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the rollover requirement.

cd33bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to complete wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that cd33bd reasonably determines to be exploitative — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Cash deposits are always available for withdrawal without restriction, subject to identity verification; only bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements.

All bets placed on cd33bd are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and any other games available on the platform. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface and form part of these Terms.

Sports betting: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked. cd33bd reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or where there is evidence of match-fixing. In the event of a dispute, cd33bd's decision regarding void bets is final, subject to the complaints procedure below.

Live casino: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, cd33bd's server logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on cd33bd's side, the wager will be refunded. If the disconnection occurs on the player's side, the round outcome stands as recorded by the server.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All slot and virtual table games on cd33bd use independently audited RNG software to determine outcomes. Results are provably fair and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

Maximum winnings: cd33bd may apply per-transaction or per-day maximum payout limits on certain products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. Winnings exceeding the published cap may be reduced to the cap amount at cd33bd's discretion.

All content on the cd33bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cd33bd or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cd33bd.

Game content, including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and other providers, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to cd33bd for use on the platform. In no event shall cd33bd's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including breach of contract, tort, and any other legal theory.

cd33bd takes all complaints seriously. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.

Acknowledgement: All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days. Complex cases may require up to 28 calendar days; you will be kept informed of progress throughout.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal procedure, you may seek further recourse through independent dispute resolution services as applicable in your jurisdiction. cd33bd will cooperate fully with any such process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cd33bd is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by cd33bd of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cd33bd and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
